TIME TRAVELER vs. T-REX page 4

A comic featuring a time traveler assessing her time machine's damage, then using some loose sparking wires to electrocute the T-rex harassing her time machine. The last half of the page has scenes of the time traveler returning to a much changed timeline where the bubonic plague hindered technological advancement.

There has always been a debate on how durable our timeline is. Would time travelers have to worry about stepping on a worm, or could they even change the timeline no matter how hard they tried? I suspect time travel, if it is possible, would either be so energy intensive that it would be quite rare and could no more be used to change the past than you can use the core of the sun to fry an egg. The other option that might allow time travel is that every time a time traveler goes back in time they create an alternate universe. Of course that means that every time you come back to the "present" you are really coming back to an entirely different universe. That is what our time traveler has done here, in case you were wondering.
