This is the first page of my Barbarian vs. Sorcerer duel. I drew heavily from movies like "Conan the Barbarian" and "Beastmaster" for this one, but also took some inspiration from literary sources of the sword and sorcery genre, like the "Fahrd and Grey Mouser" series, and yes "Conan" again.
